GROUP STRENGTH CONDITIONING
Most of the exercises were new to me and I really enjoyed doing them. I have a lower back problem and after the exercises, I noticed my lower back is much more relaxed and activated at the same time. Thank you very much Pauls!

Pauls' mindful yoga experience is fantastic! Pauls started us off with a round of intros and let us each share what we were hoping to gain from the session, and then it seems like he adapted it from there. We did a series of relaxing and centering exercises and concluded with a calming meditation. We set this up as a corporate teambuilding experience and everyone really loved it. Highly recommend!

I have used the equipment we used in the experience for years, but I definitely wasn't using them as effectively as I can now, thanks to Pauls. He is very knowledgeable and has such calming energy.

I've booked this twice for corporate groups and both times Pauls did an exceptional job. Our attendees had a great time and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Pauls was super helpful coordinating in advance, and looked into some Zoom captioning abilities when I asked about it. He was also helpful in adding some last-minute extra folks to the reservation. Thanks again, Pauls. We'd love to book this again sometime!

This class was amazing!! I’m already pretty athletic and this class got to those muscles i never notice🙂 I could make it a weekly habit. Pauls gave just the right push to be challenged but safe. Loved it 😊

Great core workout - a nice way to break up my work day and get in a little exercise! Not too easy, not too hard, and incorporated elements from yoga and pilates.
